ONLINE BOOKING FORM

If you are happy with Bunnies Barns terms and conditions and would like to book your pet in for its holiday, please complete the form below. An email will be sent to you once your form has been received to confirm the booking.  

Bunnies Barn does ask that the booking form be completed before bringing your pet to board, this allows information such as contact details, pets details, medical needs, dietory needs, etc,to be documentated. You can complete this form online or alternatively, I can send it to you in the post.

We will also need to see your rabbits up to date vaccination certificates against VHD & Myxomatosis upon your arrival.  

When making your way to Bunnies Barn, please bring along your pets normal food as it is best for their tummies to stay with their normal brand, any favourite toys and if required, your pets medication.
