It is always adviseable to check any potential boarding service to ensure you are 100% happy with the services provided.

• Does the facility look and smell clean?
• Is the accommodation safe and secure?
• Does the boarder seem knowledgeable and caring?
• Does each pet have its own living quarters and receive an acceptable amount of exercise?
• Are residents housed away from the boarders?
• Will the boarders centre adhere to your pets regular feeding schedule, do you need to provide your pets food?
• How often will the animals water and bedding be changed?
• What provisions for medical services are available, is there a vet nearby? Can the boarder administer medicine if required?
• Are there any services available such as grooming or nail clipping?
• How are the charges calculated, is there a deposit required?
