TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bunnies Barn has a very strict policy when it comes to the health and welfare of the animals, this way we can ensure that all the boarders are happy!!  Please read the terms and conditions of the boarding centre before making a commitment.

  • All animals being boarded at Bunnies Barn must be up to date with their vaccinations (if applicable).  Certificates must be brought to the centre on your first visit.
  • Bunnies Barn will not accept any pet that is showing signs of illness, disease, injury or pregnancy unless previously discussed with myself. If your pet does have any conditions, illnesses or injuries, details of the condition and treatment must be disclosed on the booking form and a veterinary authorisation form must be signed.
  • If your pet does become ill whilst at Bunnies Barn, we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately. If we are unable to contact you and your pet needs veterinary care, we will transport the animal to our local vets at a cost of £4.00 per visit. Any treatment required will be charged to you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address.
  • We will take no responsibility of any pets pregnancy as all the animals are housed in seperate living accommodation and playtime is always in seperate runs.
  • Sadly, small animals can pass away with very little warning and very quickly after first showing signs of an illness. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away whilst in our care. Bunnies Barn accept no liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.
  • A contract will be deemed as active once a booking form has been confirmed by myself. If you do need to cancel the booking or change the dates, 72 hours must be given. If you fail to arrive on the due day you could still be liable for the full boarding costs.
  • If for any reason, Bunnies Barn has to cancel your booking, at least 72 hours will be given to you, if a deposit has been received by yourself, this will be returned.
  • Times of arrival and collection must be provided on your booking form. If you are unable to make the times stated or are running late, please ring the centre to advise and a new time can be arranged. This way numerous people turning up at the same time can be avoided.
  • If your pet is already boarding with Bunnies Barn and you wish to collect your pet earlier than the date originally provided, you are still liable for the full boarding costs.
  • If your pet is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact and you do not contact Bunnies Barn, after 7 days your pet will be re-homed.
  • Unlike dog and cat kennels, small animal boarding does not require a licence or have the same rules and regulations. Bunnies Barn does have a public liability insurance policy in place, therefore you can claim if your pet becomes ill or passes away and Bunnies Barn has been proven negligent.
  • All animals are boarded at their owners risk.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CASH OR CHEQUE WITH A GUARANTEE CARD ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. CHEQUES TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO BUNNIES BARN.
