Payment must be by cash or cheque on day of arrival, all cheques to be made payable to Mrs S Blackwell.
Bunnies Barn will not accept any pet that is showing signs of illness, disease, injury or pregnancy unless previously discussed with myself. If your pet does have a medical condition details of the condition and treatment required must be disclosed on the booking form.
All animals being boarded with Bunnies Barn must be up to date with their vaccinations (if applicable), if your pet has not had the necessary vaccinations, you are boarding your pet at its own risk and again Bunnies Barn can not be held responsible for an illness that may occur.
If your pet does become ill whilst in Bunnies Barn care we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately. If your pet requires the attention of a vet, we will transport to the vets, any treatment required will be charged to you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address.
Sadly small animals can pass away with very little warning and very quickly after first showing signs of an illness. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away in our care. Bunnies Barn accept no liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.
Times of arrival and collection must be given on your booking form. If you are unable to make the times stated or are running late, please ring to advise me to arrange a new time. This way I can avoid two people turning up at the same time.
A contract will be deemed as active once a booking has been confirmed with myself. If you do need to cancel the booking or change the dates, 48 hours notice must be given. If you fail to arrive on the due day you could still be liable for boarding costs.
If your pet is already boarding with Bunnies Barn and you wish to collect your pet earlier than what is stated on the booking form, you are still liable for the full amount.
If your pet is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you or you do not contact Bunnies Barn, after ten days, we will seek to have your pet re-homed.
Unlike dog and cat kennels, small animal boarding does not require a licence or have the same rules and regulations, Bunnies Barn does have a public liability insurance in place, therefore you can claim if your pet becomes ill or passes away if Bunnies Barn is proven negligent. All animals are left at their owners risk
